Abstract

Basic questions about an action plan for the implementation of educational policies at the secondary level. This article presents the basic aspects of the action plan designed for the implementation of educational policies at the Cristo Liberador Secondary School. that improves said implementation, given that a disconnection was identified between the formulated policies and the real
needs of students, which generates significant problems in the educational system. This study focuses on the importance of educational policies to guarantee the right to quality education and its role in social transformation. The methodology used includes a non-experimental design, with a mixed approach that combines qualitative and quantitative data, using surveys, interviews and focus groups to diagnose the current situation. The findings reveal that the lack of resources, insufficient training of teachers and  poor participation of families are critical obstacles to the effective implementation of educational policies. As a result of this study, an action plan is designed that not only contemplates the continuous training of teachers, but also promotes collaboration between all actors in the educational system, thus guaranteeing a process of continuous and sustainable improvement in secondary  education.
