This study aimed to develop a training methodology for first-cycle primary school teachers at La Felicidad School, seeking to strengthen their digital skills in the use of educational technology. Through qualitative and quantitative methods, the teachers' initial level was diagnosed, and the impact of the training was measured, leading to a proposal that significantly improved their skills, the application of innovative techniques, and a greater commitment to student learning. It was concluded that ongoing training, access to digital educational resources, technical support, and supportive policies are crucial for the sustainable implementation of technology in the classroom. As a result, a training plan was created that strengthens teachers' digital skills, promoting a more inclusive, interactive, and relevant educational process for the demands of the 21st century. The proposal was submitted to experts in the field for evaluation, who gave it a favorable opinion.
