Abstract

. The objective of the research was to design a psycho-pedagogical strategy to guide secondary school students in the development of their life project. A mixed approach was used, combining qualitative and quantitative methods, through surveys directed at students, teachers, and the management team of the educational center. The results showed a lack of clear understanding of the concept of a life project among students, as well as a lack of deep reflection on their long-term goals. Although some students showed motivation and commitment, a significant number lack direction and have doubts about their abilities, which translates into obstacles to planning their future. Furthermore, the lack of economic resources and family or social support emerged as one of the main barriers to building a solid life project. The diagnosis of the educational center revealed that teachers have not received adequate training to implement effective psychopedagogical strategies, which suggests the need for specific interventions and continuous training. The improvement proposal includes the creation of specific orientation programs, the promotion of a school environment that promotes reflection on the future and collaboration with specialists in the area. This proposal is considered viable and necessary to improve students' ability to visualize and achieve their personal and academic goals, ensuring a positive impact on their comprehensive development.
