Action plan to improve administrative anagement in an educational center

Abstract

The research was developed under the general objective; which consisted of Developing an action plan to improve the administrative management in the Higuerito educational center; of the Educational District 05-04 of the Municipality of Hato Mayor; in the study the population constituted by five teachers; and 35 primary school students. The study contemplated a descriptive type design; in which the strategies that promote administrative management are determined. The design was field as a fundamental basis to go in search of an answer to the objectives of the study. Among the methods and techniques; the synthetic analytic; statistical method; observation and survey were used. 48% of those involved indicated that strategies are always used to optimize administrative management in the educational center; but another 56% indicated that it is managed according to need; that the methods and techniques used generate the optimization of the expected results. The instruments applied were a questionnaire or survey.
