The purpose of this study was to design a leadership strategy aimed at improving the organizational climate at the secondary level of the Higüey Agricultural Institute Educational Center. It was assumed that a positive work environment is a determining factor for institutional development and the effectiveness of the teaching-learning process. The research adopted a mixed-methods approach, integrating a descriptive component to diagnose the current situation and a propositional component for the formulation of the strategy. The methodology included a documentary review, as well as the application of data collection instruments within the institutional context, which made it possible to characterize the organizational climate and existing leadership practices. The results revealed significant weaknesses in leadership management and in the perception of the work environment among teaching and administrative staff, highlighting the need for a planned intervention. Based on the contextual analysis, a leadership strategy tailored to the specific characteristics of the secondary level was designed, with the aim of strengthening communication, interpersonal relationships, and staff motivation. The proposal was positively evaluated by experts, who emphasized its clarity, relevance, and applicability. It is concluded that the implementation of a contextualized leadership strategy constitutes an effective means of fostering a more harmonious, collaborative, and achievement-oriented organizational climate.
